We are putting together the finishing touches on our plans for the coming year. Here is a sneak peek at the year ahead. It begins a short overview of the Human Imagination Project (HIP).

🧠 The Human Imagination Project 🧠

The idea behind the Human Imagination Project is quite simple: create a space for people to imagine and create new possibilities and connect with other who our doing the same. We do this through online events, courses, workshops, and other creative interventions. These "new possibilities" can be something you want for yourself, your community, or the world.

We believe in the power of applied improvisation, storytelling, and other creative interventions as means to help people access their time, attention, and imagination, in order to bring meaningful change to their own lives and the lives of others.

πŸ‘€ Our Signature Programs πŸ‘€

🦌The Decadeers
The Decadeers began in 2020 with the simple idea: bring people together once a year, every year, for ten years for a conversation. We reflect on the year that is leaving and imagine into the one that is arriving. Now in its fourth year, we have welcomed dozens of people from over eleven countries. There are still a few spots available to join the conversation.

πŸ—“οΈ The Year of the Ordinary Extraordinary (YOREX)
This brand new coaching program will help you transform your plans, from mere possibilities, to actualities. We also will explore how that seemingly simple act of paying attention to our attention can help us connect to the ordinary, the extraordinary, and everything in-between.

πŸš€ Eleven Minutes to Mars (11M2M)
11M2M helps transform their relationship with time and attention 11 minutes at time. Don't just manage your time, re-imagine it. We do this through a live, virtual, small group experience which meets once a day, every day, for 11 days. You can't make more time, but you can change your experience of the time that you have (Registration opens Feb. 18).

🏷️ The Quest: Improvisation for Transformation
Discover the improvisational mindset and storytelling as means of exploring, experiencing, and making sense of the world.

πŸ₯€ We Are All Dying
Why is it so hard to talk about the one thing that we will all do eventually? In this six-week course, through a series of kind and gentle conversations and activities, we will explore how to live a life of meaning, connection, and purpose and consider how to hold gently our inevitable end.

πŸ“˜ The HIP Book Club
The HIP book club is an interactive book club---part discussion, part activity, and unlike any other book club you have been in. We will be announcing our first book soon!

πŸ—ƒοΈThe Museum of the Ordinary Extraordinary
At From the Archives Friday we reflect the ordinary, the extraordinary and everything in-between and consider the people, objects, places, and spaces that populate our lives.
